Just tried making a layered drink with blue curacao on the botton, Bailey's in the middle, and cranberry juice on top (I was going to baptize it the Bleau, Blanc, Rouge). Unfortunately, the cranberry juice weights more than the Bailey's, so it didn't work out. A shame, because the resulting brownish glob that it ended up being tasted great.
Already slightly tipsy due to my failed experiment (unlike a professional bartender, as an amateur I can afford to get drunk on the job; plus, I'm paying for the damn liquor, so wasting it isn't an option), I googled about layering drinks and found out that yeah, cranberry juice won't layer over Bailey's. I also found out that grenadine is really heavy, and vodka really light, so... The Kzar was born!
The Kzar
1/2 oz. | 1.5 cl grenadine
1/2 oz. | 1.5 cl blue curacao
1/2 oz. | 1.5 cl vanilla-flavored vodka
Pour the grenadine on a shot glass, layer the curacao over it, and the vanilla vodka over the curacao. It ends up looking like this:

Tastes good, sweet with a fruity flavor at the end due to the grenadine, and a warming sensation due to the vodka. Still doesn't look 100% right (the blue curacao and the vodka are kinda blurry between the two). Next time, I'll try adding a little milk (which is really light) to the vodka, see if I can get a better effect (I could use just milk, but I don't dare to make a Russian-themed drink without vodka). I'll also try serving it on a vodka glass, it'll look better (since in my normal shot glass the same amount of liquid has different heights, due to the its shape).
