My mind is on standby and my body is feeding back. Went out to a metal club last night for the first time in about 2 months - in fact, the first time I've been to a decent club since early summer. I'm sure if I'm bound for an early death it will be from a dancing-related cardiac arrest, should know when to stop. Every part of my poor overworked form is screaming at me for my Vitus-esque thrashing. I'd have a hot bath to relax but I'm still overheated - it's dead of winter and all my windows are wide open. Now I remember why I use to hate mornings.
