holy fuck shit. I got metal gear solid 3 this past friday and played it all weekend. and let me tell you, this is the best game in the series and absolutely has me blown away. To me, this is the perfect game. No series has ever wrapped me up in the story as much as the metal gear games. and this one has done so more than anything. I just beat it this evening after work and I shit you not, I got choked up at the end. Any "video game" that can cause you to feel emotion towards the characters and the story line is phenominal.

Hideo Kojima puts together a masterfully scripted story, mixed in with wonderful gameplay (thought I would adjust a few things) stunning graphics ( probably the best on a ps2 yet) and the score! my god the score, the music it self could evoke so many emotions . It's beautiful thats all there is to it.

This game is a masterpiece.
