well this week is already going awesomely.
i had a great dinner with a very interesting, intelligent and cute girl last night. we went and saw charlie and the chocolate factory as well. which turned out to be better than i thought it was going to be. johnny depp held true to his awesomeness.
there was also a preview for a new Tim Burton movie called The Corpse Bride, which features animation a la Nightmare before Christmas, and also stars Johnny Depp. Check out the promo site at http://corpsebridemovie.warnerbros.com/
Today was also pretty sweet. Headed downtown to speak with the Bell store about upgrading my phone. Sadly, I have to outrightly buy a new phone, since I'm not eligible for an upgrade for another year. Anyways, the sales guy was pretty sweet, and told me about a new phone he's getting in that's apparently going to be awesome. Since I don't need a camera, thanks to my beauty digital camera, it's only going to cost me about 200. I guess I need a job.
I also ran into this girl i had a huge crush on in grade 9. She went to a different high school than I did. And I've only seen her maybe three times since then. That was pretty cool.
And i saw some other girls i know. but that wasn't super sweet.
And some lady talked to me on the train, and we all had a laugh, because apparently, i look just like her friend thomas, who she thought I was.
Oh, and I grabbed the funky brit beats of M.I.A. If you are looking for some completely different rap music, check her out. Also, Dizzie Rascal uses similar beats.
And the new gorrilaz. I have no idea what to expect. All i've heard it Feel Good Inc. and well, it only cost me 10 bones, so why not, right?
