i've come to a decision in the last twentyfour hours that i'm going to move away from this town when I can afford it. I've made too many mistakes and too many bad choices, and it's time I started over fresh, somewhere where my past doesn't follow me around.
This has to do a lot with the way I've been, selfishly, treating my friend's girlfriend. I realize now that their happiness is ultimately important for them, and they should be able to have their best shot at it.
Although this whole idea is going strongly against my core beliefs of loyalty and honour, I can see that it is more than a bandaid to fix a serious wound, and that it may give everyone the best chance to get on with all of our lives.
