ohman, it is god damn hot in this apartment. you'd think being a couple dozen floors off the ground it would be cooler. instead, there appears to be no air circulation whatsoever, and the sun likes to say 'hi fuck you' really early in the morning.

it was nice to get out of the city for a few days and up to see some other friends. which i didn't really see and it turned into a quiet weekend. maybe i'm getting old, or maybe there's just a bunch of really young people at the bars now, but they weren't all that fun

well anyway, it's a good day to sit around and do nothing, maybe catch a few football games and then head back on the road back to good ol' calgary
