New Years wishes anyone?

mine: open a 3 1/2 star resturant(spanglish) seriously i need to get a new concepts together and get them moving tired of selling them to others. Any suggestions, learning to make rolls(sushi), have an ideal to use Cous Cous instead of rice.

Folks get on the dorks for collecting toys and such and it can realy get out of hand but in the end most people are just sad for the youth that slipped away.
