They are spraying mulch onto the gardens with a high powered hose. It's pretty neat to watch.
So the idea i had to have solid white moon phases tattooed apparently won't work well. The artist suggested that I use a light blue to contrast it a little or use as shading. I can't imagine that at all...so back to planning.
