I'm mixed up lately.
I make lists of things that would make me happy. But I dont seem to be able to fit them into my schedule.
Which is overall pathetic that I can't make time for the happy things.
I want to be stronger, I feel like my muscles are at an all time weakness. So. I am thinking I'll try to do little exercises in my room between other things until they start to carve out their own place in my schedule.

You should always make time to do things you enjoy and that make you happy! You should pamper yourself from time to time. Good luck with the exercising. Hang in there hope things start going better for you.
