Haven't posted in a while.... here's what's been up.
I've been busy.... Thinks continue to go well and I continue to question my SG membership subscription. I use to read the groups.. and now I find more and more that I'm only reading 1 or 2 groups.

I have issues with dairy, too. When I was vegan, however, I ended up developing a thyroid problem (possibly form too many tofu substitutes?). Good things you're going dairy-free under supervision.
All I can say is the Goodness Me (there's one on Upper Gage I think and one on Locke street, too) can hook you up with some terrific substitutes.
Okay.. you know that rule.. "Don't lend money to family". I can't agree with that more....

i've been thinking of selling the golf since i live in a city that makes it just about pointless to have a car in. but, i'm holding off till i actually move downtown and have the job situation under wraps. that and i don't know if i can part with it...i've got this unshakable bond with my volkswagon that would be hard to break...
