I am going through the same thing right now. The only thing that has saved me is no contact with her whatsoever for 30 days. My anger at her and myself was so
much I couldn't stand it. Then I made the decision to forgive myself for being so stupid and forgive her for being a cheater and a liar. Just know that you're a better person and move on. And don't talk to her. You'll feel better faster.
