Geez,
How much I love and hate email. Passive aggressive business speak... polite niceties and fake politeness of email.
I remember when I had a real job. The vague threats my boss use to send me through email 'Get this done or it will appear poorly on you at review time'. Or 'I failed to understand the issue you mention. Maybe your not communicating clearly or I should find some else who can explain it to me.'
'Please respond or we'll be required to take further action'. That one was my favourite. Ever post a corporations Intellectual property on the web before?! TROUBLE! lol. Of course that was before I was even aware of what IP was... and of course I took it down. But you'll always remember your first email from a lawyer.
Why do I mention this.... because I truly love email & IM's. Words.. just pure words.. and I went to college and had a class on how to use them. Write business letters... hell I still can't write a properly formatted memo or a decent cover letter to save my life... but I can sure as hell business speak my way around and email with the best of them.
I wish sometimes I can just yell 'Kung fu fight!' and proceed to jello wrestle my way out of problems. Unfortunately that isn't an option. However... I don't think anyone would want to wrestle me... let alone, I think everyone would hire some 300 lb hairy dude to represent them in court.
Lastly,
Wastebook... aka Facebook. Interesting stuff.. I've become disappointed in it. I remember when my friends use to look at me weird when i'd talk to their little sister about our common love of profile photos, walls and poking each other for fun. Now its gotten out of hand! When I visit my friends page, its a 5 minute load time on high speed. Given, I've just stopped going to their profile. Still sad though... simple is beautiful.
I think that personal-community pages will replace dating sites all together. I mean... what's easier than just searching in your area for single ladies between x and x. My friend a few years ago told me that this is the future of the internet. I think he was right!

I've only just started my hunt for a photographer again, so it might be a little while til the first set emerges, oops!!
I'm living at my mum's at the moment, I have to sort out everything with the flat first and save up for a deposit on another flat again....Which is very very annoying!!!
And I turned the job at the hospital down, haha. I figured I'd do some temp office work til I got a place with the ambulance service, cuz that's where I really wanna be. I've got an interview on Friday though so YAY!!!
