I guess I'll post a blog,
I've been a member for sometime. I was surprised that shortly after joining I saw Malice's first set. I actually have met Malice when she was still date'n "an underserving prick".
More about me, I'm currently a freelance designer. I left my old job because of 'medical reasons' and I'm happy I did. Ever see office space? Kinda like that. Accept the banner read "The customer is always right". You can imagine my frustration traveling 4 hours a day and watching your bosses brag about the millions of dollars your helping them make, buying 4 company hummers burning $100/day each in gas (When your a pseudo-environmentalist this really burns u up even more) and you haven't gotten a pay raise ever and your just barely making ends.
Shortly after quiting, my life drastically changed. Ever since new years, I've just had that feeling everything was about to change, and I was surprised how true that feeling was. My roomie lost his job, and unemployment still wasn't coming in due to a delay in paper work. Unfortunate as it was, it was time to move home. I've now joined the statistic of 20 somethings moving home after college. Now I freelance. Down stress and up a puppy, things have really changed. The gut feeling is right, and that's one thing I've learned these last couple of years. Listen to your gut, and always be ready to hit the groun running.
June 15th was my b-day. Is there a rule about not fitt'n in any where at that age? I feel too old for bars, and going to the movies seems to young. Is anyone else running out of ideas for birthdays? It was good though, I surrounded myself with friends at a bar with cheap drinks. Surprise to us, our old high school teachers showed up for their own thing, but it started the memoirs of our wasted youth.
So, 3 years of school, 30,000 dollars later, and I'm right back where I started.... up a puppy, computer, iPod
, and a new perspective. Well heres to change.
I'm hoping to have my own super cool flash blog up in the future, but behold.... people are paying me for my skills. If your a BF2 player keep an eye out for HADENUFF3, I should be the one kick'n ur arse
.
Peace
