Somethings in my life have gone well and I've successfully cut corners where I can but I lose in other areas. I had a bunch I wanted to write about.. but I guess I forgot.

Ha! Ummm, some places it is compostable, so you could use a paper bag if you weren't travelling oto far, I suppose. (This is not the case in Hamilton, though.)
I just go with the minimize strategy - I change the habits I can and the ones I can't, I don't fret about!

Damn doctors!!!! I seem to run into the same problems all the time with meds...they all seem to make me sick!!! I think it is REALLY hard to look into a chart and read that you have a SENSITIVITY to a certain kind of med!

I have issues with dairy, too. When I was vegan, however, I ended up developing a thyroid problem (possibly form too many tofu substitutes?). Good things you're going dairy-free under supervision.
All I can say is the Goodness Me (there's one on Upper Gage I think and one on Locke street, too) can hook you up with some terrific substitutes.
