I am still in Toronto. I have one day left and go home Wednesday. The trip has been great so far, I met my nephew for the very first time. He is an adorable 4 month old (pic to follow)
I drove up to North Bay to visit a couple of old friends for a couple of days then made the trek back to Toronto. My sister had a very small gathering, mostly of family. My parents and her boyfriends parents and a couple of other friends. Unfortunately I missed out on a night out but nothing could be done about it.
Bill_the_cat rode the bus in from Ottawa to hang out, it was great to see him again. On my birthday he took me for lunch (thanks again) then we walked up to Mount Plesant cemetary. It was very very cool. If anyone from Toronto reads this and hasn't taken a walk through there, go, now.
The next day (today) we went to ROM. Man that place is big but so very worth the admission.
Jays game tomorrow night then home on Wednesday.

Oh I'm doing it. Just testing the waters. Obviously the main thing that any broadcaster is looking for is marketability. I'm working on a plan to generate demonstrable interest via the internet. Figuring out where my market will be is part of that plan.
