My vacation is officially over. I am supposed to go back to work tomorrow but I have been very sick for the last week, I think i'm getting a bit better but might get a couple of days off to fully recover. It sucks for many reasons...first, my last week of holidays consisted of me suffering and I as stocked to play my first hockey game in over 5 years tomorrow night but there is no way I can do that. I haven't even been able to drag my sorry ass to the gym for a week. With the volunteering and time in Toronto it's been pretty much a month without doing anything...so..diet starts as soon as I'm healthy again.

Anyway, since my last journal I volunteered with Canadian Cancer Society Cops for Cancer Tour De Rock...pictures on my facebook, as usually I'm too lazy to resize them here. Anyway, what I did was drive a support vehicle going to all their stops to pick up cash, hand out hats and certificates as required. It was a blast BUT shaking hands with so many kids and old people got me sick, even put me at high risk for H1N1...but it was worth it.

Also, my laptop broke so I bought a new one...
