Thanks, everyone, for the bday wishes last week.
Went to the A.B.A.T.E. toy run yesterday in Palm Springs. Wasn't as big a deal as I thought it would be, but they did collect a van full of toys for the kids. And that's the important part.
It's strange to live in the desert and see snow in the mountains, but it sure is beautiful.
