Attachment is like a bird in a nest. Being afraid of letting go to our attachments, money, cars, entertainment, visual addictions is like the fear of falling out of our nest. We feel like we will die without these things. But when we learn to let go and not let them control our minds and lives, only then can we learn to fly and truly be happy.
