I went to my first poetry slam in san jose last night (thanks to the calender on here) and I was so impressed. Im a def poetry dork, but this was so different from watching people on HBO. People just going up there to spill out these words from their hearts is so brave and awesome to me. Sometimes it doesnt even really matter what they are saying, just the fact that those words are poetry to them no matter what is just fascinating. Im really into it and im super stoked that someone put it up here because my friends and I are always looking for something different.
I still dont like the woman that bought the coffee shop, but maybe it happened because we all need to moveo n to bigger and better things anyways. My friend scoops gelato now, hah. Either way, I go to school so at the moment, I just dont care that much, except I really have NOTHING to do anymore.
Valentines day is only really cool cause of the free candy....thanks Hallmark....and really, im not one of those people that bitches about being lonely and how SAD valentines day is, because really, its not. I dont need one day out of the year to tell someone I love them when I really do. Im better than that. haha meow?
