So Mondays suck huh? ok I get ya end of the weekend, possible not much chance of partying til the next one comes along, it seems no one likes Mondays, but I gotta say as Mondays go this one hasn't been so bad. Sunday night was hellish but today has been kinda slow and I discovered I lost about an inch off the waist so yay me. Ama keep doing my best and soon enough I'll get there.

The one thing I will say though is this Monday is also creepy, I get a very dja vu thing today like I been here done this, written all this here before. This obviously must mean I have dreamt of this in the past.

Apparently there are several stages to R.E.M. sleep. We dream of the past in one, the present in another, our fantasies or our nightmares in another, our problems and how to solve them in another and finally the future.

If we wake up shortly after these stages and stay awake we will remember most if not all of the dream but if we wake then fall back asleep within moments it is buried deep in our subconscious, until we or someone, says or does something, or there is some event, to remind us of that dream, and that's where the whole dja vu bit comes from. cool huh...but still spooky because now I am wondering what happened next in the dream...hopefully nothing bad.
