Favorite meal is Thanksgiving. A big turkey, my mom's stuffing(it is bread and potato), mashed squash with a brown sugare, cinamon & pecan topping, harvard beats, gravy, pumpkin pie & ice cream. Maybe add some fried dough and cabbage and some baked pineapple and that would just about sum it all up.
Or in the summertime make some soft shelled crabs breaded and sauted in a garlic butter and served on a bed of angel hair pasta. I used to get that meal at a restaraunt on Long Beach Island, NJ, it is/was called Harvey Cedars Shell Fish Company. It was a great little place that was only open in the summer, was ridiculously expensive and you ate off of paper plates. But it was worth every penny.
