I am really sorry to hear about your dad. Watching someone you love go through chemo is an awful feeling. Just be there for him as much as he needs you to and give him space when he needs it (that part I have found is almost if not more so important than the being there part)

When I was in junior high, this dorky guy wanted to be friends with all the cool people, so they (the supposedly cool people) told him that they had a club where everyone had to take pictures of themsleves masterbating to get in.
