Not a bad weekend!!! The dry spell has been broken, Nemiroff Honey Pepper vodka was purchased in abundance, and I got to see Star Wars III with buddies and with a buzz.

I haven't laughed so hard in a movie since Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back...Sad. This was not the movie I was searching for.

A couple of the many zingers:

"Hold me Anankin, hold me like you did on the shores of Lake Naboo!"

"Noooooooooooooo!!!" Or, better known as, "Khaaaaannn!"

Also:

They could not have gotten that cloak over Sideous soon enough - He looked like a raging old queen. One who had just desposed of his aging lover in for a younger one?

Wookies were a complete waste of time.

Vader was done a dis-service...Now I can't get this image of a whiney, moody Vader out of my head. "Lord Vader Sir...Perhaps you'd like some time alone..." <Sigh.> <Staples hand to his helmet.>

The final fight had to be ended quickly to avoid any Monty Python and the Holy Grail comments from the audience. "I've had worse."

Grand Moff Tarkin, meet Lord Vader. "Hmmmm...I thought you would be taller...Nevermind."

Hey, it was fun and it had its moments, but that is all these prequels have been: A collection of fun moments in otherwise bad films.
