one more sleep and thats me.............im so restless...and excited about heading out to ride for 3weeks...xmas and hogmanay abroad...its gonna rock...spent the last 2hrs on youtube watching a mixture of old nyhc bands (agnostic front/warzone,madball etc) and cheeky snowboard sections like scott stevens part in thanks brain....the boys the bomb!

what a contrast went to see these guys last night at the new picture house..brilliant fun...today i have spend curled up on the couch..with a sore throat,snotty beak and sore lungs.....this flu aint going anywhere fast..despite me trying to drown it with hot lemon and various teas...

a day spent wandering the streets of edinburgh in search of hangover remedies..god i feel down today...hungover and paranoid,hmmm the price paid for sampling most of the draft ales in the bow bar post liquid room "frightend rabbit" gig.

what a lazy day... apart from going for my drum lesson and swinging by the bike shop ( bought a singlespeed bike but to tight to by the pump) to get the tyre pressures done... i have done nothing but drink tetley tea and listen to the funky soundz of soulwax & digitalism........i just cant motivate myself in these subzero temps.
