after a pretty non eventfull day other than some xmas shopping in fopp............... i just remembered im off to see frightened rabbit at the liquid rooms the morn...healthy band hailing from selkirk ....
after getting over the initial shock of that discovery i am now 2 thirds the way through my pre- match ( monday night 7 a-sides soccer) beans on toast and coffee.....what a fitness regime........
