Small update here. Currently recovering from surgery on my elbow. I had a mtb crash years ago and had to have my elbow rebuilt. It healed up just fine but this year all the metal in my elbow started causing pain. I hoped it would pass, but it didn't. So I recently had surgery to remove the metal. Hoping to get back to my old self before too long. I'm already tired of having this cast on my dominate arm.
