onespeed

i haven't updated the blog in a while. i don't know where the time has gone but it's been flying by. not much new has been going on for me, but that's been kinda intentional. i head out to California (orange county) in a couple of days and will be there for a little over a week. it'll be my birthday when i'm out there so hopefully i can find some people to grab a drink with. then it's off to Vegas for a week, which is way to long to be in Vegas. i've started to work out again and it feels good to be making some progress. nothing crazy, just more time on the bike, push ups, situps, and light weights. i really need to motivate myself to run again as that seems to do me the most good these days, it's just not as much fun as riding. hope this up coming two and a half weeks on the road doesn't set me to far back.
