i'm not really feeling the holiday spirit yet. guess it's because i'm not finished travelling for work yet this year. and i haven't started my shopping yet, have no idea what to get anyone. we have so many "things" in our lifes today that i have a hard time adding to the consumer mentality that we need more "things". if anything, i think most people would be better off with less "things". it would help them realize what is important to us in life and to be thankful for all that they have. i guess that's not the american way though

all i really want this holiday to finally get some time to spend with friendsand family. and, i would really like some me time as well... i don't get that much anymore. time outside, in the woods, and just enjoying nature.
