anybody want to rent my house in phoenix? please? it's been sitting empty for two months now and i can't afford for it to remain that way. it sits at the base of south mounain (on the north side) less than a mile from the hiking trails at the entrance from the park.

beyond having my house sit empty with nobody to rent it (or buy it for that matter), all else is going ok. mostly... i have been a big 'drought' lately if you know what i mean and it's killing me. i could really go for some good old fashioned, put 'er against the wall sex right now but i don't see that happening anytime soon so i am just going to have to drink some whiskey. good thing i like whiskey!
