happy holidays everyone! i know the time of giving is apon us but really what is on our minds is receiving. in my case, i'm talking about good lovin'. call me selfish but that is really what i want for xmas. sadly, most likely it's not going to happen but i'm always open to offers. 
mexico was great! my friend had the best, most laid back wedding. on the beach in the middle of a jungle rain forest. the only way to get there was by boat. five days of wearing swim trunks and flip flops in december has really made me a happy man. i had a hard time affording two international trips in one year but it was worth it. i have some of the coolest friends around and it was good seeing them again.
my time in the gym is going well. i haven't lost any weight yet but i am feeling stronger and i know that it is only a matter of time before it happens.
