got some fucked-up news this weekend.
my cousin's marriage is apparently over. they haven't even been married a year. they were together for about 6 or so years though. i'm reserving judgement due to no one having the whole story and naturally, my cousin isn't really up to everyone in the family knowing yet, and i don't want to ask her about it. from what i've heard though, it's bad.
fortunately, it looks as if they can just get an anullment.
it's a sad thing. but i've known from personal experience that it doesn't matter how long or how well you think you know someone. you only know what they want you to see. it also doesn't take much for someone to turn on you. but that's life, i suppose. nobody is gonna catch me putting a ring on anyone's finger for a long while...not anymore.
