it's weird how the the weekends i don't get scheduled to work go by faster than the ones where i have to go in.

well not really, i suppose. time flies when you're doing anything other than sitting at your desk.

saw my dad, brother and his wife and my niece yesterday. it was nice. my niece is really active now, crawling everywhere, starting to try and stand up. its staggering to see in some pictures i brought them how tiny she was just 8 months ago. i'm gonna blink and she will be grown.

poor kid, though. everyone comments on how much she looks like both my brother and i. i certainly hope she grows out of that
