So it's the 4th of July, so first off, Happy 4th of July weekend everyone! I got out of work early today, so I'm pretty stoked at the moment. Might go see Hancock tonight, but not sure yet. My expectations are pretty low for it, but it'll be a decent time with some friends.
At the moment I'm reading through:
It's ok, but I still don't understand DC and their need for so many sub-par characters. I mean, Uncle Sam? WTF? And I think at one point there are four different versions of Superman floating around. Don't get me wrong I can enjoy some so-so characters if the story is good (for example: Identity Crisis), but at the moment it just seems like a super hero cluster fuck.
But speaking of DC, The Dark Knight is only weeks away, in fact I already have my ticket! I also took two days off of work to have enough time to repeatedly and fully enjoy it. Yes, I'm a huge batman nerd.
Going to my brother's tomorrow for a cookout and some fireworks. Should be a good time. Sunday will more than likely be a lounge around day.
