So this weekend was a decent time. I went and saw Iron Man with a friend of mine from Pittsburgh who was in town to visit for the weekend. It was a good good movie as far as summer blockbusters go, so I recommend everyone go see it. After that I ran over to Best Buy and got myself a tripod. So there's one more thing down, now I just need to save up for the wide angle lens.
I went out to dinner with some friends and ate WAY too much, then we picked up The Diving Bell and the Butterfly on DVD and watched that. It was alright, very creative, but pretty depressing. Then I got a random drunken phone call at one in the morning that went something along the lines of "Hey I just ate vagina.....we need to get the band back together". But spread out over 10 minutes, so it was quite hilarious.
Sunday we got up and went out to Applebee's for lunch, and then hit target because I needed some stuff, and I decided we should go fly a kite. So we bought the best kite they had, which happened to be a $3 Justice League kite, and went to firestone park and rocked it out.
