I had a SUPER fun time at Honky Tonk Tuesday last night!! Which is semi random because I hate typical country music. But it's also semi normal because my homies are all in the band, haha, which is why I think I have so much fun there. The band members themselves are also pretty random too.. one of my exes (on the good side) plays piano and sings. Her indie rock band used to tour with AFI. The lead singer/guitarist used to open for Phish. And Mike Gordon from Phish occasionally shows up to play bass. And they do a lot of old school country (honky tonk) covers which are really fun. All and all, it makes for a super rad night at the Radio Bean. Good times.

And lately, I've somehow become a total pool shark. A few weeks ago, my friend Kyle and I watched "The Color of Money" and apparently we became inspired to play 9-ball like Tom Cruise and Paul Newman. For Halloween I think it would be totally sweet if we made t-shirts that had our first names on them like Tom Cruise's character in the movie. I think there's nothing funnier than a solid black t-shirt with your first name in giant white block letters across the chest. Makes me laugh every time.

So, it's almost 2:30pm over here and I haven't even eaten breakfast yet. I should probably get on that.

Anybody have any kick ass plans for this weekend?? I just bought a fresh can of red paint and plan on taking it to town, myself.
