Pointing me out after returning from a cigarette break he exclaims this, his face both frightened and excited. I've met this person on a few occassions. Nothing more, nothing less.

Not word for word ye understand, the quote, but that's the jist.

Another person I've known for years, never a close friend or anything, agrees. I kind of laugh, not sure if I should respond, or how I could.

I find these kind of things disorienting. But I had to make note of it.
