BLOG POST: YOU ARE onemorepanic.
Thank you computer.

a bit of an update for now:
My dad's home, walking tall and wandering about. For those who commented, messaged, or called with the condolences my love. I never know so it's good to hear him making noise in the other room. I just wonder what the fuck he's banging on.

Well I came upstate to hang with my father. Get away, write my ass off, for those who've been paying attention for the past 2 years this is usual occurence. The things retarded in my life get too retarded to stand and well some might call it fleeing, I call it vacation. A brief sojourn away from bullshit that goes hand in hand with living...

on the road somewhere scrambled out a few miles east of some generic bible town we took to hammers and nails and built us boys a place. a good shack with muscles and sweat linin' the wood which we cut down from some nearby trees.
we had us a plan, an altar, planned on makin' prayers. we'd gut some nearby animals and let em drip...

Memories
Fade to gray
My smile
Your name
Roof leaks
Dim lights
Low rent
High tide
Boxsprings
Spare change
Your scent
My ways
Your breath
My air
Fog lifts
I stare

You're gone, but I'm there
I'm gone, but you're there

I let a mosquito land on my arm and dig in.
And now i'm trying to pop him by pumping blood down my arm.

oh yeah.. and watch out for the female fuckin' carpenter bees, especially in confined spaces.
the sound of them bouncing off of everything is scarier than the possibility of being bitten.

spiders are my best friends at this point.
upstate...

i see it less as awkward.. when i step out of the car its the big breath of relief - the smells and sounds and sights are all so instantly calming and de-stress me within the first moments..

we used to go to a resort in the catskills, near grand gorge, but they sold it this year. frown so i dont know what will happen next summer frown its hard and sad having to find a new place after 17 summers

I read your comment in my journal whilst being utterly stoned this morning, and the randomness of it prompted me to come here and spend an hour reading some of your old journal entries. Then my head exploded, so I had to lie down. That was a compliment, even if it didn't sound like one.

Carpenter bees don't bother me as much as june bugs. I hate the sound of them crashing into the walls in a dark room. One of those bastards crashed into my forehead once when I was a kid, and the rest is history. Do you think I could convince people that my insanity can be blamed solely on a harmless insect?

"i'll take the rest of this up in private."

Did you mean by yourself or with me? In case it's the former, please feel free to share the CliffsNotes.

we peeled back our undulating eyes, cuz tomorrow never gave us hope in mishap.
we shot blanks at today cuz today didn't turn out the way we dreamed it. something fell across the street stray something unfounded something ridiculous that we could dream and father and birth again. somewhere between our faults and fistfights we fell apart again. no one giving a fuck what the...

We upset them just by standing there.
Or possibly by replying with exposed teeth.
Or maybe we sat back and said fuck you.

Fuck you to death. Like we used to.
The only thing we could agree on.
Was the fuck. The fucking in progress. The fuck that just played itself out across the bed sheets.

Every cigarette smoked reminds me of someone.
Every drink...

bah. i sort of put these entries in without much context. i intended to say that i bought a book from an antique books store and it had a woman's handwriting all throughout, only she was saying crazier things than the book. like not even noting things going on it the book, just scribbling in her thoughts, which i think is pretty rad considering the book's age. there was also what appears to be a pubic hair half-way through the book just hangin' out.

the i hate you section was just a stream of consciousness that apparently reveals that i'm really fucking angry lately. skull

nice bands, films, books, tv shows, suehiro maruo, and an atari teenage riot reference to boot, eh?
