Suffering. Great, grand and glorious suffering. 50 mile ride yesterday in the mountains, tons of climbing, 7.18 miles straight at one point, felt awesome. Starting riding today, broke a spoke (again) and only got 30 minutes of riding in, but I dropped the bike and started running.
