My unreliable roommate finally moves out of this place in June, which is only 8 months after she was supposed to leave in the first place.
By then, the house I'm moving into will be empty as well, but I can't move out of this apartment until November (without paying a huge fine anyway). So I'm going to have an apartment and a house all to myself.

I'm actually really excited about it @baalseraph. I've spent 3 years living below someone who stomps so loudly, I can hear them outside, and above a family with the world's biggest dick as the husband and father. I'm thrilled that I won't have to deal with that anymmore.

Yeah, I totally understand. The jerks living below are so fucking loud and annoying that I'd love to move to a house where I only have to deal with my gf, the cats and myself. :)
