There are two things that take up most of my time in life: filmmaking and cooking.
There's an old building in Dover that has served as office space, restaurants, nightclubs, etc. I've always wanted that building. The second floor would be used to run my production company, One in a Million Pictures; mainly the office stuff. Editing, meetings, rehearsals (too short for actual stages). The first floor, as it has been a restaurant, would be...a restaurant.
Dover is lacking in good restaurants; we have every fucking chain on the planet, but try to find a restaurant that doesn't use prepackaged for frozen food, and you'll starve. I could change that. Sure, managing both would be hard as hell, and I'd probably be more like a manager, in name, that actually try to run both.
I just like the idea of being able to say, "Great meeting guys, now let's go downstairs and a have a fucking awesome meal."
