For that film I'm moving forward on, I have two female roles.
One is a far more traditional character, so I'm going to use my giant contact list to find the perfect traditional actress for it.
The other is a less traditional character, whose look and attitude don't fit traditional standards, so I'll be looking outside of normal casting venues to find the woman who best embodies the look and feel of the character, and I'll just have to do my job as director to get the performance I want.
