As another campaign fails, I'm starting to realize that I'm in the wrong part of this country. Delaware, where I live now, has maybe 10 actors, 2 other filmmakers, and 0 people interested in supporting film. My lease lasts until September, but once it's up, I'm packing my things and leaving. I'm thinking Philadelphia, or some part of New Jersey that's closer to New York. I want to make film my career, and not have it as some expensive hobby.
So that's the plan. I'll be one of the few Delawareans that talks about leaving, and then actually does it.
