Sigh, it's the curse of the virgo. Melancholy is such an unholy friend. I know that desperate feeling... I think people appear to be happy due to ignorance. If you can block out the bad 'crap' (aka terrible experiences) then somehow life is a much brighter rose tinted ideal semi perfect existence.
