Thank you everyone for your kind words. The procedure was nothing, if not just gross. I have a weak stomach so every tug of the stitches I thought I was going to barf. Stitches come out next Monday and I really want to get them photographed before while they're still puffy and gross. Speaking of photographs, I had my first real photoshoot on Friday. Here are some of the best ones. I really liked this guy, he made me feel very comfortable.

I've only ever had oral surgery. The first time was under general anesthesea to remove 4 wisdom teeth. It felt weird going under the anesthetic...it was like being sleepy but not really. It was a deep sleep but no dreams...a morbid thought -- I wonder if that's what lethal injection is like?

Anyway, subequent oral operations were under local...it was weird feeling things being pulled and moved that normally don't get pulled or moved!
