Sorry for the lack of updates, but nothing significant has really happened lately. My life is pretty mundane, but it's nice and drama free, which makes for a very content Parikhan. It's been just work, dance, yoga, school, dance, and more yoga with a little bit of socializing thrown in for good measure.

I had my first girls' night dinner party. Everything went fabulously, we 4 girls finished off 3 bottles of the best Sancere in France. I really need to see about finding an importer once my dad moves back to the states for good in July. I'm sad that our girls' nights are coming to an end. In May one couple is moving to Houston, a little later another is moving to Dallas, then in December another is moving to Houston. One half of a couple is already in Austin. We're planning the Texas Trifecta of Evil.

I've been thinking of changing my dance name. I really like the name Raqsha, and it means she-serpent, but I would still keep Parikhan as my middle name. Raqsha Parikhan has a good ring to it. In Arabic it looks like راكشا باريخان

Don't know when I'll be home again.
Woo hoo! I'm going to Dallas next weekend for 5 whole days!
