attention drivers!

at an intersection where everybody has a stop sign, the person who arrives first at the intersection gets to go first. ok?
so it's stupid when you get there first, and then wait for me to get there, at which point i stop because the law on such matters is the same when you are riding a bicycle, and then you're all "no, you go". thanks. that's awesome. because now you stopped for a really long time, and confused everyone, and i had to stop for no reason at all.
so don't do that.
