It's been a week for nature. Sunday there was a real live tornado not too far south of my apartment. Thunderstorms and tornadoes fascinate me but terrify me at the same time. After all that rain Lubbock is a pretty good size puddle. I walked to class Monday in rain boots so I could splash in all the puddles on the way. I saw a pretty little red squirrel digging for acorns. It was kinda rainy but the sun was still out so it didn't bug me much. Just as the sun was getting ready to set there was THE most beautiful rainbow I have EVER seen. It was the complete arch streched across the sky and it was so bright. While staring at it my roommates and I noticed that there was a giant mud puddle across the street. So we played in the mud for an hour There's a track of foot prints from the puddle to the mess at our front door. It was the most fun I've had in forever. We took a couple pictures that I'll try and post later.
We met our upstairs neighbor again only to find out he's kinda crazy The good kind of crazy tho. The only other times we talked to him he was really reserved and seemed pretty shy. I guess we were wrong about that. He pretty much came downstairs and got naked for us haha. Here's what I can't figure out...
If you're naked in someone's bed, don't you try and kiss them? haha
He stayed the night with me and nothing happened; he was just naked. (I wasn't) He was the big spoon, I was the little spoon, it was very nice... I just figured he would try to kiss me! Espeically since he had a hard on the whole time we were watching tv and trying to sleep haha. Dirrty... sorry, too much info Blah, anyway, he's kinda silly like that. So now he is known to us as "nudie". I think that's a good nickname haha.
