Fantasia Festival has finally arrived! As a film nerd I cannot help but salivate at the thought of having a multitude of amazing genre movies at my disposal for an entire month. I wasn't planning on attending anything this year as my budget is pretty tight and I had pretty low expectations for what this year's line up would be, but low and behold it would seem that there are 8 movies that I simply will not miss.

There's Executive Koala which i know nothing about save for the fact that it's japanse and features a Koala in a suit. That's enough for me.

There's Funky Forest which was described to me as a mix between survive style 5 and a five Alive commercial. Then someone tried to dissuade me from going to see it by saying it aws the most offensive and disgusting movie ever created. I'm so in.

There's Lunacy which is a new Jan Svankmajer film. *girl boner* I love Svankmajer more than I love my own life.
