Honestly though, I'm not feeling very introspective as to how awesome/not awesome 2013 was. My life view, of living for every day, and trying to better myself is a bigger picture than just a 365 day span.

Hell yes! Everyday is a new day, so why wait until a new year to change something you want changed?! Also There are no bad years/days. Only bad moments. It's up to you to improve your time here.

I know that living in Washington State is not the worst place on the face of the planet. But I am so sick of winter. I desperately want to live somewhere where the sun shines more than 3 months out of the year. And more importantly somewhere I can ride my horse outside. And even better somewhere I can race my horse outside.

WA is a really beautiful state and I miss it a lot, especially the rain! lol The cold can definitely suck but I'm so glad to finally be back in the same latitude range. I got some snow this winter (hoping for more), which I've missed terribly, and I am finally surrounded by at least acceptably real mountains. Heat often comes with massive humidity, which takes a lot of getting used to. 3 yrs of 100% did it for me lol. If you're looking to relocate I'd strongly recommend a place like New Braunfels TX. It's near Austin, which is really fun and one of the few parts of TX I've been to that was very green, lots of huge trees, somewhat hilly and not just brown, flat, hot, and made me feel like I'd fall into the sky. Fun fact, one of the high schools mascot there is a unicorn. I lol'd really hard. Very horse friendly part of the country too = )

I was pondering moving to TX because of the horse community. But I also love it here in the summer time. I just wish winter was shorter haha.
