Damn near died at work today. Someone sprayed raid on the floor and I less than gracefully survived the slip. Sore shoulder and back. luckily i didn't hit the ground. gravity is fatal for big guys like me

104 today. I felt like I was melting all day.
I have alot of patients with people but drunk people when I'm at work really make me mad quickly. I have no tolerance for drunk people being shitheads. It makes me want to stop drinking completely. Damn yous for making me want to stop drinking.

So yesterday my captain here at work arrived with a 500$ projector he bought out of a white van. never buy shit out on the streets. that 6k MSRP is a lie to get you to buy 30$ of electronics for 500$ and make you feel like you got one over on them.

New family is usually a good thing. I know I was really happy to finally have a brother, once my sister got married.
Today I realized how much your own life experiences affect your patient care. I had a guy my age having anxiety and stress and it was increasing his heart rate and blood pressure. My boss told me just to bring them in and people will take turns watching them on their 15 minute breaks LOL! I trust we will figure it out though by the time the Newbie gets here. Everything works out eventually. I would love to be a stay at home Mom again....the only problem is, I'll completely burn my bridge with my job and I hate doing that. It goes against the way I was raised. But my babies come first.

There is a guy here in town that we pick up all the time for Anxiety. He's a special needs fella. Every time he signs his name it makes me smile. It's in print and very big. There is a innocence in his signature. I love it.
